The Goal Challenge is going to help you:
Look Ahead
You will start by brainstorming and listing all that you’d like to pursue. You’ll create a “Goal Dream/Dump List,” listing anything and everything, including even those bucket list wish items. Whatever has been on your heart to do or experience, now is the time to list it!
Signal Your Intention
Then, you’ll sign a “Goal Contract!” What? Yep! A contract says you are going to do something and that you are going to take your steps forward. It implies that you are going to move the direction you intend to go. And, you will also fill out a “Goal List,” listing out those goals you want to work on in the upcoming days, weeks, and months. On paper, on purpose.
Commit
Finally, you will commit to moving forward and doing the work. One faithful step at a time. With your cheerleaders behind you and with your motivation within you, you will commit to YOU. You will take back your goals!
