The official day of summer was last Friday, yay! Are you soaking up the longer days and enjoying the warmer weather? I’m definitely settling into summer mode and I love it!
As always, I share ten things with you that I’m loving each season. If you didn’t see my spring top ten you can see them HERE.

Summer Faves – Top Ten
No. 1: Native Deodorant
So, maybe not so exciting. But I am excited to share that it WORKS! I’ve tried several different natural deodorants without much success. This has not the case with Native. It truly works and the coconut & vanilla scent is lovely. (***Update, I’ve had to switch. I was getting a rash? Now I’m using a different option and so far so good.)
No. 2: Magic Eraser
I’m on the slooooow train of spring cleaning around our home, but these erasers truly are magical. I’ve been using them on our white baseboards and trim and they do a great job. I do wish they lasted longer but otherwise I am now considering these a must have in my cleaning kit!
No. 3: Divided Turntables
Pretty sure I’ve shared about these before but I have to promote the beauty of a turntable WITH a divider. I recently wrote a post on Organizing Junkie and showed examples of how I use the divided turntables with my beauty products. I can’t tell you how much these help with organization.
No. 4: Where the Crawdads Sing
Looking for a summer read? Well, here you go! It took me a little bit to get into the story but I’m really glad that I stuck with it. It’s a very good story and it made me think and ponder things deeply. I love when a book lingers with me.
No. 5: CND Vinlux
I’m currently on a mission to become a self-taught nail technician. Because apparently I need more hobbies? Well, my hair stylist recommended this top coat and it’s the bomb. I got mine at ULTA but you can also get it on Amazon (of course you can).
No. 6: Greenroom
As part of my weekly/daily organization I use a modified bullet journal system. My go-to list and journal products for the past few years have been a line from Target called Greenroom. As I type this I’m glancing over at my to-do list that is written on a Greenroom notepad. On the top of the pad it says – “You Got This!” Love that kind of encouragement.
No. 7: A Voice Becoming
This book is beautiful. A local author friend of mine wrote this to help mothers mentor their daughters as they become women. I’ve just started the year-long journey with my youngest daughter, Berkley. Beth has an inspiring and encouraging voice. You’ll love her style and if you have a tween/teen daughter, this is a great resource!
No: 8: Alison and Aubery
Pretty jewelry and accessories, yes please! My friend, Alison and her daughter, Aubrey created a gorgeous jewelry line. I love what they offer and know that you will too. This bracelet is one of my faves!
No. 9: Rae Dunn
If you saw my office post or my recent post on Instagram you may have caught on that I’m a Rae Dunn fan. I mean what’s not to love? I’m trying to control my desire to acquire. But isn’t her stuff so cute? (I’ve found several pieces at HomeGoods fyi.)
No. 10: Cricut
Look what I bought! I’m playing with creating all kinds of things (labels, stickers, etc.). It’s a super fun toy. Although, I have to say it’s more time intensive than I realized. I’m committing to really getting familiar with it this summer so I can offer more labeling options for my clients. What’s not to love about a pretty label?
Hope you enjoyed seeing some of my faves. What are you loving this summer? What’s your favorite part of summer? Mine is wearing flip-flops and all the smells. I love the smell of fire pits, BBQs, and, yes, even sunscreen.
Enjoy your summer friends and as always…
Happy Organizing!
