Our refrigerator sees a lot of business these days. With three teens (and their friends) it seems that someone is always opening up the fridge door and digging through to find something to snack on.
As part of my menu planning and shopping process I am pretty diligent about cleaning out our fridge. Usually on Fridays, when I bring home the groceries, I’ll take an extra 10-15 minutes to declutter, straighten, and most importantly, wipe things down. But even with my weekly cleaning and organizing attempts, our refrigerator still gets pretty messy! I guess this is just what goes along with kids and food. 🙂
Recently, Fridge Coaster sent me some of their coasters to try out in my fridge. So, as part of my “Friday fridge reboot,” I added these bad boys to the shelves and drawers. It was an instant transformation!
First of all, they are so cute and add a nice punch of color. I opted for the blue dots. However, they do have a variety of color options to choose from.
Secondly, I love how they are designed to slide into the different sized drawers and shelves. They were super easy to install and I was able to customize them as needed. You can see this page for all sizing and specifications. No matter what style or size of refrigerator you have, they’ve got you covered! Literally.
Thirdly, probably my favorite feature of the Fridge Coaster liners, is that they are sustainable, compostable, recyclable, and biodegradable. So, yes, when they are all worn out and spilled on – you just put them in with your recycling. No scrubbing or cleaning. Yay! (Music to my ears.)

While none of these things work perfectly to keep everything in place (remember I do have a lot of visitors in my fridge), they do help! It’s the little things.
