Happy Labor Day weekend!!! We’re going to take it easy this weekend, especially now that we have successfully made it through the first two weeks of back to school. Whew!

I always have mixed feelings about my kids going back to school, as much as I love the predictability of routine, I also really miss the long and lazy days of summer. So…to cope with this transition, I’m wandering aimlessly through Target with a chai tea in hand, swooning over the endless inspiration of all things home decor and more. Saying things like, “That tee-shirt is SO cute…”

In reality, I’m trying to stock up on things for our new home and it’s so fun! Our house will be completed by the end of the month and I couldn’t be more excited!!! We will finally get to receive and unpack ALL of our stuff. It has been our longest time spent in transition and moving, and we are all more than ready to check the box and be done.
