This week the Tyree family is headed off on their next adventure!
Before I share a little bit about that, I wanted to remind you to check out last week’s post. I had a blast helping my dear friend Rhina transform her closet (I should say closets). And I also listed some super practical closet organizing tips. “Practical” should be my middle name.
So this week our family is in the midst of flying and settling into our new home. There are A LOT of details, especially with 14 overstuffed bags, one nervous dog, one lazy cat, and five exhausted people! I’m completely maxed out at this point. Things have generally been going really well, but it’s been a tough (and stressful) last two months. Thankfully things have come together and at this point everything looks like we’re well on our way!
For fun, I wanted to share this picture.
This was the picture my sweet parents snapped of us when we left Portland, Oregon, in January of 2013. This was taken right before we left for the airport to fly to Portugal. I remember this day as if it was yesterday. Our kids were so little.
And this picture was taken about two months ago in Portugal.
Now I have big kids! Time flies!
Portugal will forever remain a very special place in all of our hearts. We are very grateful we were able to have this amazing adventure and experience.
I also wanted to tell you how thankful I am for each of you. Your kind words of support, your positive comments, and your prayers mean the world to me. I appreciate each one of you more than words could ever possibly express. This site has been my outlet for the past three plus years and I truly appreciate that you have chosen to share in my journey with me. I look forward to sharing even more with you.
