If you ever swing by for a visit, you’ll most likely catch me with a cup of tea in my hand. Year round I drink a lot of herbal tea. I’m so addicted, you’ll find me running around doing errands or picking up my kids with a tea in hand. My personal hashtag should be – #hasteawilltravel
Why is this?
Well…I’ve realized the more I drink herbal teas, the more water I tend to drink, and I’m a big fan of drinking enough water! In fact, I also encourage my Personal Training clients to drink herbal tea because it is such a great way to increase your daily water intake. AND drinking herbal tea also provides lots of positive health benefits.

I’m always one to grab a Yogi Tea, mainly because I want more peace, tranquility, and harmony in my life, obviously.
