One of the reasons that I love training with clients and members is that I get to see REAL results. I get to watch as someone decides to take new steps in new directions. I love watching a person learn, grow, and change. It’s a privilege and an honor that my clients and members trust me to work with them and I so appreciate that they press into me.
I asked one of my recent clients, Zayne, if she would be willing to let me share with you her experience. I was thrilled when she said yes, because I have watched Zayne experience REAL results! She has truly blossomed, into a more confident young woman. I can’t wait for you to meet her.
Why did you decide to contact me and work with me?
I have wanted to get a personal trainer for a long time but no one would ever follow through with the plan. Eventually, my mom started asking around her work if there were any personal trainers, and she found a man saying his wife was a trainer, a.k.a. Morgan! You were perfect because you are a girl – which I think is better for me also being a girl – and also less expensive than a trainer at a gym. So my mom let me contact you and start training! 🙂
Are you satisfied with the progress you made over the four months that you worked with me?
Yes, definitely! The progress may have been slow, but every part of it counted, and the payoff is definitely worth it. I couldn’t be more grateful for what you have done for me.
What did you find the most challenging part of developing a personal training routine and sticking to it?
I didn’t find anything challenging at all regarding developing a routine and sticking to it. The hard part was not being able to do most of the grocery shopping, when the ones doing the shopping aren’t the healthiest people in the world – LOL. I would also say that it was hard when we stopped working together because it is tough having to continue sticking to the training routine and eating right by myself. Also, just finding the right diet specifically for you can be a challenge.
What helped you the most as we worked together?
I found that when I would send you the foods I ate, at what times, the quantities, and the exercises I did was very helpful! I felt that it made it so I wouldn’t cheat and I would workout harder knowing that you’d be reading it everyday.
Are you confident that you will be able to maintain what you have established?
I do feel confident that I will maintain this lifestyle – when I move out… I really could not have done this without you.
