Welcome to our Master Bath or what one might call the “Pink & Flower” bathroom. (It’s not that I don’t like the color pink OR flowers, but together and ALL over….not so much.) If you are newer to MWM you should know that we are currently renting and living overseas, so all tile colors and selections are not ours. 🙂 This is a continuation in my ongoing home tour of our Beach House. OK, come on in, I mean stand right there – because it’s not really big enough for the two of us!
I’m thankful for these four glass shelves that give us a little more storage. It’s also handy to just be able to grab things as we need them and not have to put them away in drawers and cupboards. (And they help to disguise the flower tile a little bit too…)
Always keep a clock in your bathroom, it is the best way to ensure that you get yourself ready and out the door – on time!
We do have some storage via four drawers and the two cupboards below the sinks. Here’s a glimpse into how they are organized. Like in my previous Master Bath – that I LOVED – I just slipped in these drawer dividers and bam the drawers were organized. (I use these same dividers in my kitchen drawers too.)
In the cupboards I use stacking baskets to help obtain more vertical space and to group and organize like items together.
One of my best tips, one that has saved us over the years, is to have a “back stock” area of your common used bathroom supplies. Either in the bathroom or somewhere nearby. We call it our “Target back stock”.
I used two drawers in our bedroom TV console that were not being used, as our place to stash things for when we run out. It’s a simple way to stay prepared for when you need more soap, lotion, toothpaste, etc.
There you have it, our girly Master Bath! It meets our needs and when you see a palm tree out of your window, how can you really complain?

TELL ME: Do you have a bathroom back stock area designated for all things “extra”?
