It’s another fantastic Friday and I am in pre trip planning mode for a really fun-filled spring break! (Can you say, trip of a lifetime???) We are super excited to be heading to another continent and to be able to embrace another culture. (Stay tuned for a full recap later this month!)
But….today’s FAB FAVE is all about tea time not to be confused with me time.
Tea is one of the main ways I get my daily water intake, especially in the cooler months. Currently I have a new favorite brand of tea and I’m not going to lie, I was leary. (I thought it might be too hippy skippy for me.)
But guess what? It’s not. I really like it.
I’ve said before that I’m not a “yogi” but I’m really loving this new Yogi – DeTox Tea. You should try it and get your yogi on with me! It tastes great and it supports healthy liver and kidney function.
I like the Bedtime Tea for evening time, it helps to relax me before hitting the sack.
When I was looking through all of the Yogi tea flavors I discovered there are lots of other flavors that help with everything from stress relief, to healthy skin to sore throats. I’ve now got a list of tea flavors that I’m going to try.
This one is first up on my list, the Ginger Tea. I’ve recently become a huge ginger believer and am even juicing with ginger.
These Yogi teas or other flavored teas will help to keep you drinking your water for sure! I need to jump off of my soap box now and go finish up the laundry and the packing! (And finish my scheduled posts for next week.)
I’d love to hear where you are going or where you have gone for your spring break. Traveling and seeing new places ranks high on my list of faves for sure! So keep the ideas coming, my bucket list will never be long enough. 🙂
