I adore this simple dinner recipe. My parents introduced me to Yumm Bowls a few years ago, and it is a day I will never forget. I myself have only purchased the sauce one time from the restaurant Cafe Yumm and oddly enough have never actually eaten at the restaurant. But I adore their sauce and the concept of dinner in a bowl is marvelous!
So…one weekend last fall I was saying how much I would love me some Yumm sauce. No sooner had I whispered the words and my hubby had found a recipe. It is a hit in our home and makes for a great quick dinner. I have been making a double batch of the sauce (which I simplified a bit) and we use it for all sorts of things. Primarily we use it to cover a delicious combination of ingredients that make up a Yumm Bowl. (See below.)
You can find this recipe in my ebook, Super Simple Suppers. I’m here to make supper time a little simper!
