I adore teachers. After homeschooling for two years I have an even deeper appreciation for what teachers do for my children. I appreciate all they do to help shape and mold my three blessings. Their dedication and devotion is something I do not take lightly.
Which is why, in the spirit of giving, I wanted to do a unique gift this year. After some brainstorming, I decided to make a homemade taco seasoning and pair it with some salsa and hot sauce for my children’s teachers. Something that hopefully will be appreciated. (Especially being in Europe where Mexican food is not as common.)
It met my list of requirements – simple, unique, practical and thoughtful. I still have to dash out and pick up the store-bought items. Then group them together and send them off to school. Wondering which recipe I used? I followed this one right over here. Her site is really great by the way.
Tell me, do you get gifts for just the “main” teacher or for the other support teachers and admin as well? Share with me in the comments.
Hope you have a spicy week!!! Linked up with Abby.
