Like you didn’t see this one coming. š Ā I’ve always got menu planning on the brain, why? Ā Because apparently everyone in my house likes to eat several times a day.
When we recently had our little family meeting and came up with a Breakfast schedule, I got to thinking, why stop there? Ā I decided to go all crazy and do a Lunch schedule too. Ā Of course I asked for some suggestions and boom like that we were more organized! Ā I even went for extra credit and typed a list for the fridge. Ā Gold star please. Ā Having this list helps me with my weekly grocery shopping and menu planning.
The Problem:
Me at 7ish – I have a hard time being creative without a plan and found that I didn’t always have the right supplies on hand at lunch packing time. Ā I also have a rule of no nuts – from the school – which can make it that much more challenging to pack lunches.
The Solution:
In an attempt to help me to stay excitedĀ motivatedĀ prepared with making lunches, and also to make sure that I have the supplies on hand when I need them, we came up with a weekly Lunch schedule. Ā Take a look…
