In my home I often feel like one of my main titles is “Manager Of Meals”. I’m usually the first person anyone turns to when they want to inquire what we are having for the next…….fill in the blank. I enjoy this title, but am always thankful when my hubby steps in and says, “I’ll make dinner tonight”. {Like he did last night!} As a M.O.M., I recently implemented a new plan of attack when it came to our mornings. It may have once again changed my life. This was how I felt when I discovered the amazing use of snack cups. It really is the little things isn’t it???
My new plan of attack consisted of creating a schedule for Breakfast and Lunch Menus. I wasn’t overly optimistic about my plan, because frankly I tend to be better at coming up with systems rather than actually using them. Just keeping it real with y’all. But, this system has stuck, like a band aid! I seriously feel so good when I walk in my kitchen each morning and can simply glance at this posted schedule. It is a flexible plan, but it has made our mornings run so much smoother.
Notice I placed it next to the NO button, just in case I get any complaints. 🙂
Keep trying new plans when it comes to setting up systems in your home. Not everything will stick, but when you find something that does, and it changes your life, then it is so worth it!
