My FAB FAVE today is running, it was actually a post that I had written for last week, but I didn’t get around to actually posting. Then after the Boston incident, I thought it would still be fitting, if not more so. My heart breaks for those who were impacted by this tragedy. And, I continue to pray for all that are being affected by the wake of this terrible event.

On a more positive note: Two of my sorority sisters posted these on Facebook.
Jen posted this from her friend – who had run the race and posted herself.
And Amy wrote…
“I ran the Boston Marathon in 2004 and it was one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. If it were even remotely possible for me to qualify again I would do it and run the race again next year. Terrorism may knock us down but it cannot keep us from running.”***
I love what they both shared.
I have toyed with the idea of training for a full Marathon, and maybe just maybe this is my year.
Now, I know that many of you do not like to run, at all. And, I get it. Really I do. I don’t know that I even really love it, but I do like it enough to do it as one of my forms of cardio.
You can just leave from your house, be outside, and it is a great time to think, pray, and listen to music/pod casts.
On my run last week I stopped to take a picture.
The sidewalks in Portugal all look like this. Talk about terrain practice.
If you have run a Marathon and have some great advice – do pass on, I would love to hear from you.
Hoping you have a FABULOUS weekend!
