I am cheesy or just willing to go for it, I don’t know. But, I got this idea from Pinterest, The Spouse Christmas Countdown…I loved it, and since I was reading it on December 1st…I could start on it immediately! Although to keep things simpler for me…I chose to not make a cute card every day, but instead write an email note of love every day.
My hubby at first was like – “hey…thanks for the email”…then the other day, when I got behind, he asked me where the email of the day was. I took this as he likes it.
In the hustle and bustle of not only Christmas, but just this thing called life, don’t forget the gift that your husband is to you! Simple words of affirmation are big wins always, I don’t care who you are, we all like to hear nice things about ourselves. I know you are reading this in the middle of December, but this would make a fantastic goal for January or even February – the month of love right? Tuck it away or even go for a once a week note…
