Episode 96: Organizing and ADHD
Do you ever feel like you can’t get focused? Like you are zig zagging from one project to the next? Me too. It’s a real reality that most of us struggle with from time to time and sometimes way more than we’d like. Many of my friends and clients have shared with me that they deal with ADHD. It’s something that affects many people and it can make it much harder to focus on tasks. I want to first validate you in the frustration you may feel with this challenge and also provide you with some tactical tips that may help you to organize your life and minimize some of the distraction.
