Episode 39: Organizing and Health | Do One Thing
Well it’s time to wrap up season six! Thank you for joining with me as we talked about all things organizing and health. I enjoyed each one of my guests so much and also loved diving into each of the aspects of health.
In this final episode, I reveal to you that yes, I too struggle with getting things done. Which is why I titled this episode “Do One Thing.” Often, this is the hardest thing to do. We can get stuck and keep zig zagging. It’s really easy to find ourselves not really making any forward movement!
Please know that you are not alone in feeling overwhelmed!
The moral of the story (or episode), is that things generally take longer than we usually think they will. So, when we remember this it can help us to better to set us up for success.
