Episode 38: Organizing and Health | Emotional – Managing Clutter and Stress
We can tend to underestimate the emotional weight of the clutter in our lives and the stress that it adds. And, while we can’t avoid clutter and stress, we can work to mange it by staying in our sweet spot or what I like to call the “Goldilocks” feeling.
In this episode, I encourage you to identify if you are more logical or emotional by nature and how you can best stay in the healthy middle ground as much as possible. Then I leave you with three tangible tips to help you take action with improving your emotional health, specifically when it pertains to clutter and stuff.
